Directions For Use

    How is Systane® COMPLETE different than SYSTANE COMPLETE PRESERVATIVE-FREE?

    Systane® COMPLETE is a preserved formulation suitable for occasional users, which contains a very small quantity of the preservative (POLYQUAD™ 0.001%). Systane® COMPLETE PRESERVATIVE-FREE lubricant eye drop is a preservative-free formulation, suitable for frequent users and available in a multi-dose bottle with the PureFlow® technology.

    Can you use Systane® COMPLETE lubricant eye drops with contact lenses?

    Systane® COMPLETE lubricant eye drops cannot be used while wearing contact lenses but can be used before wearing contact lenses and/or after removing contact lenses**.

    How long does Systane® COMPLETE last for after opening?

    Systane® COMPLETE 5mL and 10mL bottles can be used for 6 months after opening as long as the product has not expired. The 1.5mL and 3mL sample size bottles can be used for 3 months after opening. Always check the label for the expiration date.

      Propylene Glycol 0.6%

       

      Purpose
      Lubricant

       

      Inactive Ingredients

      Boric acid, dimyristoyl phosphatidylglycerol, hydroxypropyl guar, mineral oil, polyoxl 40 stearate, sorbitan tristearate, sorbitol and purified water. May contain hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide to adjust pH.

      Safety

      For ocular use only.

       

      If solution changes color or becomes cloudy, do not use.

       

      To avoid contamination, never touch the dropper tip of the container to any surface. 

       

      Replace cap after using.

       

      Stop using and consult your eye care professional if you experience:

      • Persistent eye discomfort, 
      • Vision changes, 
      • Excessive tearing, 
      • Redness of the eye

       

      Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help.
